Shipping
Each piece is carefully packed and shipped from our studio. Orders typically ship within 2–3 business days.
Every model is secured inside a protective box to ensure safe delivery. Availability reflects the number of completed pieces currently ready to ship. If a design is part of a larger limited edition and temporarily sells out, it will be restocked until the full edition is complete.
Tracking information is provided once your order ships. We currently ship within the United States.
Limited Editions
Collector’s Series and Keepsake Collection pieces are produced in limited runs and will not exceed their stated edition size.
Inventory may be released in small batches as pieces are completed.
Once an edition sells out, it will not be reproduced or restocked.
Returns
Because each piece is produced in limited quantities and finished by hand, returns are not accepted. If your model arrives damaged, please reach out within 48 hours so we can make it right.
Care
Indoor display is recommended. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight. To clean, gently dust with a soft, dry cloth.
