Refund & Returns Policy

All Comet Cloud Studio pieces are produced in limited runs and carefully finished by hand. Because of this, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged.

If your order arrives damaged:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Include clear photos of the item and packaging
• We will respond within 2 business days

If approved, we may offer:
• A replacement (if available), or
• A refund to the original payment method

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
